Spa Booking and Treatment Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your booking we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to your arrival date to be able to issue a refund (less a 5% administration charge for costs incurred). If you cancel within 14 days, your money will be stored on your account and must be used within two months of cancellation. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your spa day or treatment there will be no refund.
