Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing. At the New Bath Lido. By becoming a member, you agree to adhere to the rules outlined below.

1. Membership Duration is for the period pay in advance or if choosing the Dirct debit option this is paid monthly for a contract term 12 months followied by 1 month rolling contract.

2. Lido Access and Closures The New Bath Lido reserves the right to close the facility at any time and without notice for private events, cleaning, maintenance, or in the event of emergencies. While most scheduled cleaning and maintenance dates will be made available on our website in advance, unforeseen closures may still occur. Members are not entitled to compensation or extensions due to closures.

3. Safety and Risk Acknowledgement The lido is an open-air swimming facility, and water temperatures may vary significantly depending on the season. By participating, you acknowledge the risk of cold-water shock and hypothermia, especially during colder months. Members are strongly encouraged to assess their own health and suitability before swimming in cold conditions. If unsure, please consult a medical professional.

4. Hygiene and Lido Protection to help protect and maintain the quality of our facility, wearing a swimming hat is mandatory at all times while using the pool. Swimmers not wearing a swim hat may be refused entry to the water.

5. General Conditions The New Bath Lido management reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Breaches of these Terms may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.
