Ã‚Â· Full payment is due up front or can be taken on a monthly basis via direct debit.
Ã‚Â· When paying up front we offer a 14 day refund policy, if the client decides they do not want to go ahead with the membership a refund less 10% administration fee can be issued up to 14 days after the initial purchase.
Ã‚Â· After 14 days the client is not entitled to any refund.
Ã‚Â· There are no refunds when paying via direct debit it is your responsibility, should you wish to terminate your membership, to contact the spa and cancel the direct debit. We will require written termination of your membership at this point, and we will terminate the membership on our system.
Ã‚Â· Please be aware we are an operational day spa and we have guests in the spa wishing to relax. You are more than welcome to use all the facilities but we do ask that when visiting as part of your membership that it is an express visit of no more than 2 hours. You are more than welcome to book in for a spa day of which as a member you will receive a 10% discount.
Ã‚Â· There is no additional discount available on seasonal promotions.
Ã‚Â· The client discount is only available to the client and cannot be used across an entire booking. For example, when making a group booking it is only the member that is entitled to the discount unless of course anyone else in the group is also a member.
Ã‚Â· The Grange Spa membership is not Ã¢â‚¬Å“anytimeÃ¢â‚¬Â access. All members must still adhere to general spa etiquette and all gym sessions must be pre- booked via the link sent to you in your welcome email.
Ã‚Â· Your 10% discount is available off any additional discounts.
Ã‚Â· The Grange SpaÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s gym membership is not personal training if you wish you are more than welcome to book personal training sessions on top of your membership. Rates will be agreed with your personal trainer.
Ã‚Â· DNA Testing is/will be available at an additional cost no discounts are available on our DNA testing (Coming October 2018).
