All members must fill out a medical form which can be found on your online platform. 

Direct debit memberships have a 3-month commitment period and 1 month cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate your membership in the event of inappropriate behaviour or misuse of the gym equipment

Corporate members must be prepared to provide evidence of employment with a company we have an agreement with.

Please respect members, staff and equipment at all times when using the gym

Lockers may only be used for when you are using the Health Club facilities and are not for overnight use

Appropriate gym wear must be worn at all times

We regret that we are unable to accept any liability for loss or damage to personal effects

Any unauthorised personal training is not permitted

Please consider those around you when filming or taking pictures and do not post any photos or videos online without permission

The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are for over 16's only. Please consider this when bringing guests

The outdoor pool is limited to 1 guest per member and must be over 18

The Direct Debit Guarantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Old Government House Hotel & Spa will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Old Government House Hotel & Spa to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Old Government House Hotel & Spa or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
    • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Old Government House Hotel & Spa asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Old Government House Hotel & Spa.
