Membership
is available to individuals aged 16 years and over.
Membership
is personal to the named member and cannot be transferred to another
person.
Members
must complete all required registration and health declaration forms
before using the facilities.
If Corporate
membership is selected, ID is required at first visit to validate. If fail
to do so membership will be reverted to the full membership price.
2. Membership Fees
Membership
fees are payable in advance by Direct Debit or another approved payment
method.
Membership
fees are reviewed periodically. Members will be given reasonable notice of
any changes.
Failure
to make payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
3. Membership Cards & Access
Members
must check in on each visit using their membership card or digital
membership.
Membership
cards remain the property of the club and must not be shared or loaned.
Lost
or damaged cards may incur a replacement fee.
4. Health & Safety
Members
should consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise
programme.
Members
must inform the club of any medical conditions that may affect their use
of the facilities.
The
club reserves the right to refuse access where it believes use of the
facilities could present a health or safety risk.
5. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to:
Treat
staff and other members with courtesy and respect.
Wear
appropriate clothing and footwear in all fitness areas.
Wipe
down equipment after use and return equipment to its designated place.
Follow
all pool, sauna, steam room and gym rules.
Refrain
from abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.
Avoid
taking photographs or videos of other members without their consent.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of
membership.
6. Facility Availability
The
club reserves the right to alter opening hours, class timetables,
facilities or services without prior notice.
Certain
areas may be closed temporarily for maintenance, repairs or private
events.
No
refund or compensation will be given for temporary closures.
7. Classes
Fitness
classes are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
The
club reserves the right to change instructors, class times or cancel
classes where necessary.
Members
should cancel bookings they can no longer attend to allow others to
participate.
8. Guests
Guest
access is subject to the club's current guest policy and applicable fees.
Guests
must comply with all club rules during their visit.
9. Lockers & Personal Property
Lockers
are provided for day use only.
Personal
belongings are left at the owner's risk.
The
club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal
property unless caused by its negligence.
10. Membership Freeze
Memberships
may be frozen for medical reasons or other exceptional circumstances at
the club's discretion.
Any
applicable administration fees and minimum freeze periods will apply.
11. Cancellation
Members
may cancel their membership by providing the required written notice as
set out in their membership agreement – 30 Day Notice.
Any
outstanding membership fees must be paid before cancellation takes effect.
The
club reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for serious
misconduct or repeated breaches of these terms.
12. Liability
Members
use the facilities at their own risk.
Nothing
in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury
caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be
excluded by law.
13. Personal Data
Personal
information will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with
applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data
Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal
information will only be used for membership administration, safety, and
communication purposes.
14. Amendments
The
club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to
time.
Members
will be notified of any significant changes.
By joining the Leisure Club, members confirm that they have
read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Direct Debit Guarantee
This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit
Revive Wellness by DoubleTree Stoke will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request
Revive Wellness by DoubleTree Stoke to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Revive Wellness by DoubleTree Stoke or your bank or building society, you are entitled
to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Revive Wellness by DoubleTree Stoke asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Revive Wellness by DoubleTree Stoke.
