Activities are subject to availability and may be cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather conditions. If cancelled, we may try to reschedule or will offer a refund. To book an activity please call 01626 563250, book online using the online booking system (if an owner, member, or staying on resort), or visit Finlake Falls Reception. All sessions must be paid for at the booking time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded. Participants for all pool activities must be able to swim 20 meters unaided. A swim test will take place prior to the session, failure to complete the 20 meter swim will result in the participant being unable to take part in the session, there will not be a refund in this circumstance. Any child under the session minimum age that have booked on will not receive a refund.
