Spa treatment cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Spa treatment cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations of spa packages must be made 7 days in advance. If no notice is given, the full cost of the package will be charged.
