Spa treatment cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Spa treatment cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations of spa packages must be made 7 days in advance. If no notice is given, the full cost of the package will be charged. Any online booking made that is not paid for within 60 minutes of submission will automatically be cancelled. (We do not accept Amex card payments)
