No refunds will be made for online bookings. If appointments are cancelled giving 48 hours notice then a full credit will be given to be used on treatment at another time.
PATCH TESTS (Eyelash/Brow tinting or LVL Lash Lifts) are required if you have not had a treatment with us before or not had one with us in the last 6 months.
