Basic information about data protection

Data controller: Golf Hotel Malavella SL.

Purpose: Manage reservations, provision of Wellness Centre services and sending information. Your data will be kept until after fulfilling their tax obligations.

Legal basis: Compliance with the contractual service provision relationship we offer and the data used for sending information will be processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent that can withdraw at any time.

Recipients: The data are notified to the Tax Administration and may be shared with the other companies that belong to the PGA Catalunya Golf and Wellness group (PGA Golf de Caldas SA and PGA Golf de Catalunya SA), with the goal of offering complementary services.

Rights of the data subjects: Data subjects can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure or objection to processing, and request restriction of processing by contacting Golf Hotel Malavella SL or by sending an e-mail to privacy@pgacatalunya.com, indicating “Personal data protection” as subject in all cases.
